Our display of products on our website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell those goods to you.

An offer is made when you place the order for your products. As you go through the order process there are also a series of instructions. We will not be bound, however, unless and until we accept your offer.

We take payment from your card at the time we dispatch your order, once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods, and you need them ASAP.

We will send you an e-mail to acknowledge your order, if you enter a correct e-mail address. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between both parties will take place on the next business day to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that we may have debited your card (see above) or that we have sent an acknowledging e-mail (see above)

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the above clause of these terms and conditions.

Currently, orders can only be delivered from this Site anywhere in the world. All additional postage services such as Registered post and /or Express Post are additional charges.

By purchasing the product, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions for sale of Coffee Shape. No exchange or refund will be made upon an order being taken from you, which infers that you have purchased the Coffee Shape product with full knowledge and acceptance of health warning that you are a suitable candidate to use the Coffee Shape on a daily basis as suggested in the directions for use. Terms and conditions refer to the Coffee Shape product is unsuitable for children under 16 years of age, pregnant or nursing mothers, and people suffering from: high blood pressure, cardiac problems and diabetes.

You will be deemed to have accepted that the Goods comply with any order to which they relate and that the Goods are not subject to any defect if ATP Life Europe is not notified to the contrary by 5pm on the 2nd business day following the delivery of the goods. Subject to warranty and liability clauses, ATP Life Europe, will, in proper cases, accept returns of Goods for order errors and defects in Goods provided that you notify ATP Life Europe promptly and in any event within 2 business days, and returns the Goods using ATP Life Europe’s or the Distributor’s approved carrier and accompanied by identification of the order.

All orders for products are subject to availability. It is possible that an item you purchased on this Site is not in stock. We are truly sorry if any items you wish to purchase are not in stock. One of our Customer Service operators will contact you promptly if this is found to be the case. Any sold out items will have 'OUT OF STOCK, SORRY!’ beside them on the statement accompanying your purchase. Your credit card will not be charged for any unavailable items, until they arrive and are dispatched.

ATP Life Europe controls and operates this Site from its headquarters in France. You are entirely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries in relation to the Materials. These Terms will be governed by the laws of France, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

1. All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Coffee Shape.
2. Coffee Shape may vary prices in the event of price changes on reasonable prior notice to you. If Coffee Shape requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Coffee Shape, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
   
3.  Coffee Shape delivers the products you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the products are not available you will be notified of this by Coffee Shape as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products will be presumed by Coffee Shape to be authorised to receive the products.
   
4. Coffee Shape uses the following delivery services:

5. In the rare instance of an order’s dimension weight (physical size of package) is greater than the actual weight, an added postage fee may apply.

All orders are shipped within 2 – 10 business days, and date of dispatch will vary depending on stock availability. Overseas orders are sent via regular airmail and, depending on destination, delivery can take from 10 to 20 working days. Please ensure your delivery address is correct.
